1. This item is warranted against manufacture defects in materials and workmanship by the manufacturer for one year of use. If defective, please contact the jeweler you purchased the item from or the manufacturer. Depending on the nature of the defect, the manufacturer will either repair or replace the item with a comparable model free of charge or will notify you of further steps you must take to have such a repair or replacement take place. In no event will the manufacturer be liable for breach of warranty for an amount exceeding the purchase price of the item.
2. This warranty is valid only once the manufacturer has confirmed proof of purchase from an authorized retailer. You may be asked to present proof of purchase after submitting this warranty application.
3. All work or repairs on jewelery must be done by an authorized Bez Ambar jeweler. Work or repairs done by unauthorized vendors will void your warranty.
4. This warranty is limited for one year. However, it may be extended in one year increments upon examination of the item purchased. For the sum of $75, the manufacturer will inspect all items and upon approval, extend the warranty for one year. If the item is found to be damaged, the manufacturer will recommend the work needed to secure the item. If the work is not covered by this warranty, the manufacturer will quote a price for which, upon completion, the warranty wll be extended.
5. The manufacturer does not in any way warrant the fitness of the item for any purpose other than the ordinary purposes for which such items are used and there are no other warranties, either expressed or implied beyond those described herein. This warranty specifically excludes any claim for direct, incidental or consequential damages and does not apply to damages incurred in mishandling or abuse in transit (you should contact the carrier for such claims); does not apply if the item has been accidentally damaged or handled improperly; does not apply to unauthorized repairs; and is only for the benefit of the original owner.
