Bez Ambar offers 100% satisfaction guarantee on any custom design jewelry, and we stand behind every piece that our custom design artists produce. If for any reason, at the time your jewelry is delivered or picked-up, you’re dissatisfied with your piece, let us know on the spot and we will fix or remake the piece at no cost to you. If we are at fault and didn’t follow the written instruction of your order, we’ll continue to work on your order until the piece is exactly as you ordered it.

At Bez Ambar we are passionate about our customer service. The customer is the reason for our work. We are well aware that you are doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to serve you. We want our customers to know how much we care so they can listen to how much we know. We always give our customers more than what they expect to get. We know our customers so well that we can tell them what they need well before they realize it themselves.

Bez Ambar reserves the right to cancel any custom design order due to abuse or unreasonable demands by the purchaser. Due to the intensive labor involved in custom design jewelry and the cost of materials, no refunds will be issued for any custom design work under any circumstance. The contract must be fulfilled by both parties, which means that Bez Ambar will produce your jewelry according to the agreed-upon written specifications, and you must pay the full balance as agreed.

When you order in-stock items allow 3-5 business days for processing and packaging your order.

Custom Orders

For custom orders please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery.You will be updated periodically on the status of your order via email.
We will ship your order via FedEx and include a tracking number and insurance.


We want our jewelry to take your breath away from the first moment you lay eyes on it. It is very important to us that you are completely happy with your order. We have a full-service jewelry manufacturing facility on site at our offices in Los Angeles, CA ready to make any changes  that will improve your level of satisfaction with our products.

Bez Ambar offers 30 day money back guarantee on in-stock jewelry. You may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges (if applicable). Returned products may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This restocking fee will be waived on any exchanged items. Conditions apply: The item should not have been altered in any way. The item must be returned in excellent new condition, in its original box, and with all paperwork (receipt, warranty card, and certification where applicable) to ensure full credit. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it was received defective.

Any Bez Ambar merchandise purchased at one of our authorized retailers must be returned to  the store where it was purchased.

Returns and exchanges are NOT allowed on customized jewelry or special orders . All custom designs are FINAL SALE. However, the manner in which we process such an order assures an accurate expression of the design you have selected.

Returns without a Bez Ambar return code, returns sent C.O.D., and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or products will not be processed.

Price Adjustments

We strive to keep our prices as consistent as possible, however due to the fluctuation in market costs of gold, diamonds, platinum, and titanium, our prices are subject to change. If you feel there is an issue with the pricing of a particular item, our orders department would be more than happy to assist you.

Your Online Account

Creating an online account saves your personal information on the Bez Ambar web server. We promise never to share your personal information with any third party, ever.

Credit Card Use

Credit cards are processed directly through our website, or through Paypal Express checkout. We do not save your credit card number. Your card will be authorized when you place your order, and charged upon shipment.

Sales Tax

We are required to add an 8.25% sales tax for all merchandise shipped within California. There is no tax on merchandise shipped out of California.

You can access your order status and history through the My Account menu on our website.

Cancel or Change an Order

If you would like to change or cancel an order please call a Bez Ambar Jewelry Consultant at 800-223-3374. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancelations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
